STAY AT OUR PLACE, FEEL AT HOME
Each apartment is designed to host you in a beautiful and young atmosphere during your stay in Rome with all the comforts!
The place is at the second floor (you will get the lift key :) and is in an historical building in the trendy San Lorenzo area. The building has really thick walls, it is located in a quiet road with no noise: here you can sleep tight and have rest after you spent a lot of your energy by walking around the Eternal City.
Arcadia apartments are about 1Km away from Giolitti street entrance of Rome Central Station "Termini" (15 minutes walk) and only 350m (5 minutes walk) away "Scalo San Lorenzo/Talamo" stop of tram number 19 (this line takes you to the Vatican directly or to the Colosseum changing to tram line 3 at the nearby "Porta Maggiore" station).
Each apartment is about 50m² (bigger than most in central Rome) and it has Free WiFi, Air Conditioning, a Kitchen (with kitchen tools), Coffee/Boiler, Flat screen TV... so when you want you can relax and watch your favorite series on your NETFLIX account!
We welcome families with children and
we are strictly NON-smoking because we really care about the health of each guest.

Each apartment has an elegant and fully equipped electric kitchen (with induction hob and an oven too) then, when you like, you can enjoy your home made meals.

On the other hand when you prefer to eat out you will find stylish bars, cozy pubs and trendy restaurants just round the corner: the place is just one block away from one of the best areas in Rome for “movida”.

We are making a point of strength of the 19th century style high "voltine" ceilings and adding arches and spotlights to give a jump into the future to this place that has seen History: when Maria Montessori in 1907 opened her first school at the next doorway and changed child education worldwide and when (Thank God) survived allies bombings in WWII

Each Flat has a bathroom with a shower and is equipped with soaps, shampoo and clean towels for each guest.
